Jeffray E. Waters, Funeral Director and Embalmer joined the staff of Paul Funeral Home in 2005. He is also involved in pre-planning services and monument sales and services. Jeffray is married to the former Kimberly White Waters and have two children. They are members of Elizabeth Chapel Church of Christ. Jeffray is the worship leader and youth leader of the church. He enjoys gardening and spending time with his family visiting the Outer Banks. He and his family reside on the family homeplace in Chocowinity.
